When booking, select the actual time you need the restroom trailer to be available and ready for use.
 

For example, if your event is from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and you only need the restroom during those hours, select 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

If your event starts at 5:00 PM but your venue or planner requires the trailer to be onsite and ready by 1:00 PM, your rental should begin at 1:00 PM.

Your selected start time tells us when the trailer must be delivered, completely set up, and ready for use.

You do not need to schedule a separate delivery time.
 

We plan our delivery routes around each event's selected rental start time. Your trailer may be delivered earlier in the day based on our schedule at no additional charge.

Prior to your event, we'll provide an estimated 3–4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, we'll send you an updated ETA when we're approximately 30–60 minutes away.

Once we arrive, please allow approximately 30–60 minutes for placement, staging, leveling, connections, stocking, testing, and final setup before the trailer is ready for use.

Our team will make sure the trailer is completely set up and ready before your selected rental start time.

If you require the trailer to be fully set up and ready by a specific time, please select that time as the beginning of your rental period.

Our restroom trailers require access to a standard 3-prong household electrical outlet within 100 feet of the trailer for full operation, including air conditioning. We provide the extension cord needed for connection.

If a suitable electrical outlet is not available within 100 feet, a restroom trailer generator can be added to your reservation.

Our trailers also have built-in solar and emergency battery power for basic functions such as lighting and water. Emergency power is not designed to operate the air conditioning.

Your trailer will arrive clean, stocked, and ready for your guests.
 

We ask that the trailer be returned in reasonably the same general condition in which it was received, excluding normal restroom use and ordinary cleaning.

Excessive cleaning, damage, missing items, or misuse may result in charges against the refundable security deposit.

If you experience any issues with the trailer during your rental, please contact us as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to assist.

Your selected rental end time tells us when you're finished using the trailer and it is available for pickup. It is not a scheduled pickup appointment.
 

Pickup may occur anytime after your selected rental end time based on our route and scheduling.
 

Depending on the event and location, pickup may take place later that night or the following morning.

 

During checkout, we'll ask if your venue or property has a required removal time. If all equipment must be removed by a certain time, such as 2:00 AM, please provide that deadline so we can plan your pickup accordingly.

You do not normally need to be present when we pick up the trailer.

A 20% non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your trailer and event date.

The remaining rental balance and refundable security deposit are due on the day of your rental.

 

Our current refundable security deposits are:

2-Stall Trailer: $300

3-Stall Trailer: $400

 

Following pickup and inspection, your security deposit will be released provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other applicable charges.

Once your reservation is complete, you'll receive a booking confirmation with your rental details.

 

As your event approaches, we'll coordinate the necessary delivery information with you. On the day of delivery, we'll keep you updated with our estimated arrival time.
