How far in advance should I book?

Most weekends book quickly. We recommend reserving 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and large events.

What’s included with the restroom trailer rental?

Delivery, setup, clean presentation, stocked supplies, and pickup. The trailer arrives ready to use.

Do I need a generator?

A generator is required if the event location does not have accessible power. Ask us if you’re unsure — we can provide one.

How long is the rental period?

Standard rentals are 1 night. Multi-day rentals are available upon request.

Are deliveries timed or window-based?

Delivery and pickup are based on a time window. Your exact window will be confirmed prior to your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations result in forfeiture of the 20% deposit. Security deposit is returned after equipment inspection.

Is setup included?

Yes — we handle full delivery, leveling, setup, and post-event pickup.
